Applications
The electrode of Blood glucose testing strip can be made by screen-printed silver paste and carbon paste on a PET: low resistance silver circuit as a current conductor and the carbon paste with excellent chemical stability can provide an appropriate reaction area for enzyme.
Product Features
1.Low resistivity
The silver particles are dispersed and properly stacked after curing curing , and better surface roughness can effectively enhance the conductive properties
2.Strong adhesion and good bending resistance
Has strong bonding strength with PET film, cross cut test with 3M Scotch tape #600 can reach to class 5B, and has good bending resistance.
3.Good reliability
After curing ,resistivity is very stable even under 85℃/85RH after 800hrs.
*High temperature and humidity (85oC / 85%) 800 hrs resistance value of the test
4.Compatible with carbon paste
Test with 3M Scotch tape #600, carbon paste can have good adhesion with silver paste.
